Graduated in Business Information Technologies and postgraduate (M.Sc.) in Electronic Commerce and Internet at Universidade Aberta (Lisboa, Portugal), has been involved in IT challenges since 1998 – team management and leadership in ICT meetings and events – lan parties and summits – and the LibreOffice Portuguese foundation Community – having then developed research and corporate projects in areas like server administration, security, information systems, auditing, E-business, E-marketing and E-design.

Solid experience in teaching and academic research, in numerous vocational trainings, also standing out at university level – Universidade Aberta, Universidade Lusófona and Instituto Superior de Ciências Educativas – and various publications, of which we highlight the first Portuguese Open Manual of ICT And LibreOffice.

Hard focus on user friendly systems design, process simplification and virtualization with a strong background on international teamwork and multicultural environments.
